17   Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
lamad³⁹²⁵ yatab³¹⁹⁰ darash¹⁸⁷⁵ mishpat⁴⁹⁴¹ 'ashar⁸³³ chamowts²⁵⁴¹ shaphat⁸¹⁹⁹ yathowm³⁴⁹⁰ riyb⁷³⁷⁸ 'almanah⁴⁹⁰

18   Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
yalak³²¹² yakach³¹⁹⁸ 'amar⁵⁵⁹ Yhovah³⁰⁶⁸ chet'²³⁹⁹ shaniy⁸¹⁴⁴ laban³⁸³⁵ sheleg⁷⁹⁵⁰ 'adam¹¹⁹ towla`⁸⁴³⁸ tsemer⁶⁷⁸⁵

19   If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
'abah¹⁴ shama`⁸⁰⁸⁵ 'akal³⁹⁸ tuwb²⁸⁹⁸ 'erets⁷⁷⁶

20   But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
ma'en³⁹⁸⁵ marah⁴⁷⁸⁴ 'akal³⁹⁸ chereb²⁷¹⁹ peh⁶³¹⁰ Yhovah³⁰⁶⁸ dabar¹⁶⁹⁶

21   How is the faithful city become an harlot! it was full of judgment; righteousness lodged in it; but now murderers.
'aman⁵³⁹ qiryah⁷¹⁵¹ zanah²¹⁸¹ male'⁴³⁹² mishpat⁴⁹⁴¹ tsedeq⁶⁶⁶⁴ luwn³⁸⁸⁵ ratsach⁷⁵²³

22   Thy silver is become dross, thy wine mixed with water:
keceph³⁷⁰¹ ciyg⁵⁵⁰⁹ cobe'⁵⁴³⁵ mahal⁴¹⁰⁷ mayim⁴³²⁵

23   Thy princes are rebellious, and companions of thieves: every one loveth gifts, and followeth after rewards: they judge not the fatherless, neither doth the cause of the widow come unto them.
sar⁸²⁶⁹ carar⁵⁶³⁷ chaber²²⁷⁰ gannab¹⁵⁹⁰ 'ahab¹⁵⁷ shachad⁷⁸¹⁰ radaph⁷²⁹¹ shalmon⁸⁰²¹ shaphat⁸¹⁹⁹ yathowm³⁴⁹⁰ riyb⁷³⁷⁹ 'almanah⁴⁹⁰ bow'⁹³⁵

24   Therefore saith the Lord, the LORD of hosts, the mighty One of Israel, Ah, I will ease me of mine adversaries, and avenge me of mine enemies:
n'um⁵⁰⁰² 'adown¹¹³ Yhovah³⁰⁶⁸ tsaba'⁶⁶³⁵ 'abiyr⁴⁶ Yisra'el³⁴⁷⁸ howy¹⁹⁴⁵ nacham⁵¹⁶² tsar⁶⁸⁶² naqam⁵³⁵⁸ 'oyeb³⁴¹

25   And I will turn my hand upon thee, and purely purge away thy dross, and take away all thy tin:
